First-time account setup

Your first 15 minutes on Property Axis — from filling out your agency profile to publishing your first property on your public site.

This guide walks you through the first steps to get your Property Axis account up and running in under 15 minutes. No technical background required.

Before you begin

Have these ready:

  • The email with your login credentials (if you created the account more than 24 hours ago and can't find it, check your spam folder).
  • At least 1 real property with photos (JPG or PNG), even just one — practicing with real data saves rework later.

1. Complete your agency profile

Go to Settings → Agency profile.

  1. Upload your agency logo (recommended: square PNG, at least 512×512 px). It will appear on your public site, emails and signatures.

  2. Fill in the address, phone number and opening hours. These appear on your public site and in the legal footer.

  3. Choose your default currency (EUR, USD, MXN, etc.). You can display prices in other currencies per property, but this one is the default.

2. Publish your first property

  1. Go to Inventory → New property and fill in the basics: type (sale/rent), price, address, bedrooms.

  2. Upload at least 3 photos. The first one is the cover.

  3. Under Visibility, check "Published on my site". Save.

Once you have 5–10 properties loaded, the next step is to connect your own domain so your site is served from yourrealestate.com instead of the default subdomain. See the Connect a custom domain guide.
