How the free trial works, how to activate your CORE plan and where to manage payments, invoices and tax details from the Stripe portal.

Property Axis charges subscriptions through Stripe. This guide walks you through the full flow: from free trial to managing your payment method and downloading invoices.
Your plan
In the current version of Property Axis there is a single available plan: CORE. It includes everything a small or mid-sized agency needs: inventory, public site, leads and custom domain.
21-day free trial
When you create your account you start in trial mode, no card required. You have 21 days with full access to the admin and to your public site.
Under Billing you'll see the days-remaining counter and a progress bar for your trial.
During the trial there are no limits: create properties, publish your site, capture leads.
Before the trial expires, activate your subscription so you don't lose access. If the trial expires the admin panel becomes read-only until you activate payment.
Activate your subscription
Go to Billing in your admin panel.
Click Subscribe to CORE plan. We redirect you to Stripe to enter your card details in a secure environment.
When you come back, Property Axis syncs your subscription automatically. In a few seconds the status changes to Active (green badge).
Managing payments and invoices
Once the first payment completes, a Payment management block appears under Billing with a button that takes you to the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
- Change or update your payment method (card).
- Download PDF invoices with all tax details for your accounting.
- View the full charge history and payment statuses.
- Update your tax details (company name, tax ID, address). Changes apply to future invoices only; issued invoices are not modified.
- Cancel your subscription (more on that below).
Payment failures
If Stripe can't charge you (expired card, insufficient funds, a
past_due), Property Axis shows a notice in the admin and your
account enters a temporary restriction state:
- Your public site stays online so your leads aren't affected.
- The admin panel is restricted until payment is regularized.
From the Stripe portal you can update the card and retry the charge. As soon as Stripe confirms payment (usually within seconds), the admin goes back to normal.
Cancelling your subscription
There's a cancel button in the Stripe portal. Your account stays active until the end of the paid cycle. After that it enters read-only mode for a grace period before archival: you can reactivate within that window and recover everything.
If you don't reactivate in time, your data is archived. Before that happens you can export properties and leads from their respective sections.
